Project Brief
Steve & Caroline came to us late 2020 with a ‘problem child’ of a job. They had 3-4 different builders tell them their vision/plan was unachievable… challenge accepted!
Kitchen, Poarch & Garage all on different levels with a structural concrete ceiling 14” thick in the centre of it all. We merged all into one room with same level kitchen diner living space. Structurally this was a nightmare but with some careful planning and a little insight… we have success.
